What’s the best way to create my invite list? Use our downloadable format to create your list. When it is done you can then upload your list to us and order your mailing services.
When should you mail your invitations?
What does MailOurInvitations.com do that is different from using a Calligrapher or other methods? Using a calligrapher can be expensive and human errors in addressing are always present. With MailOurInvitations.com you create the list in a digital format (for example – Excel) – so there are no mistakes. The invitations are addressed exactly as you entered. We don’t use tacky stickers, we print the address directly on the envelope – you get a high quality product announcing their special day.
How do you handle mailing and postage? The mailing envelopes are not metered they are hand stamped with attractive US postal stamps.
Do you offer any discounts? Package rate: If a couple buys your wedding invitations along with the any mailing package option, they will receive a 10% discount off of the cost of the invitations.
